The service
+What is the Contractor Network?
A market-exclusive program for commercial roofing contractors. You get the Automate engine set running outreach on your client and prospect lists, and RoofCast dashboards built for the commercial buildings in your radius. One contractor holds each market.
+Who is this built for?
Commercial roofing contractors with a service department, or an owner building one. If your revenue is entirely replacement work and you have no service arm, the engines will produce calls you are not staffed to answer.
+Do we have to change our CRM or our process?
No. Automate runs beside your business, not inside it. Replies route to whatever inbox and phone number you specify, split by region or by rep.
+Who writes the messages?
We do, in your voice, and you approve them before anything sends. You record the voicemails yourself so the voice on the drop is actually yours.
+How often does one contact hear from us?
A cooldown holds every contact to one touch every 21 days across all four engines. Storm triggers do not stack on top of the sequence.
+How long before we see replies?
Storm engines produce replies the first time weather hits your market. The 21-day touch builds slower. A list of 1,000 takes roughly four months to work through once.
+Who closes the work?
You do. Machines create volume. People close it. We do not sell on your behalf and we do not take a cut of the job.

Data and trust
+Who owns our lists?
You do. Your client list stays yours, and it leaves with you if the agreement ends.
+Will this hurt our email domain?
No. Sending runs on a dedicated domain we set up and warm, so your primary domain is never at risk.
+How do you handle consent and opt-outs?
Text and voice require appropriate consent. HELP and STOP requests are honored automatically and the record is suppressed across every engine. Consent is separate from purchase.
+Where do the prospect records come from?
Licensed commercial property and contact data, enriched for the facility manager, maintenance manager, property manager, or owner, and cross-referenced against your client list so nobody already yours gets a cold message.
+Do you share our data with other contractors?
No. Your lists, your replies, and your dashboards are yours. Applicant and market-holder identities stay private.

RoofCast
Scores, priorities, and anomaly flags are decision support built from the available evidence. They are not a professional roof inspection, a warranty determination, or an engineering opinion. Roof conditions are confirmed on the roof during a scheduled Roof Walk.
+What is RoofCast?
A dashboard for every commercial building in your radius. It carries the aerial, the property record, the build and permit history, the scores, and an interactive 3D model with the flagged deficiencies.
+Is it an inspection?
No. It flags potential deficiencies so a licensed commercial roofer can confirm them on the roof during the Roof Walk.
+Where does the imagery come from?
Google Earth and satellite imagery, plus Lightbox and development-tier map sources for fresher passes. Every image is timestamped.
+How are the measurements reliable?
LiDAR supplies height, scale, and model placement. That is what anchors the render to the real building rather than a guess from a flat photo.
+What is the Roof Health Score?
How much energy the roof system has left to keep leaks out. Higher is better. It weighs age, visible conditions, drainage, edges, seams, openings, and equipment areas.
+What is Action Priority?
Which roof to look at first across a portfolio. It is not the same as which roof has the worst deficiencies.
+What is Evidence Confidence?
How strongly a flagged deficiency can be confirmed. It rises when sources agree and the imagery is clear and recent.
+How often do the dashboards update?
Scores update as new evidence arrives. Imagery refreshes when a newer timestamped pass becomes available for that address.
+Does the building owner see it before I do?
No. The dashboard is built for you first. The outreach that sends it is yours to approve and yours to time.
+How does a Roof Walk get booked?
From the same screen the owner is reading. The booking drops into your calendar with the property and the flagged deficiencies attached.
+What if a flag is wrong?
Confirm or clear it on the Roof Walk and the record updates. Evidence Confidence exists precisely because imagery has limits.
+Can another contractor buy dashboards in my radius?
No. Once a market is claimed, no other contractor can deliver these dashboards inside it.
+What about drones and the mobile app?
Drone partnerships are in progress for centimeter-level detail. The mobile app that swaps in your real roof photos and builds the proposal is in development.
Features described as beta, in development, or coming soon are not guaranteed, and they are not part of what you purchase. What is included is defined in your master service agreement.

Setup and support
+What do you need from us to start?
Your client list and prospect list, recorded voicemails in your voice, a dedicated sending domain, and Sales Navigator if you want the LinkedIn touches. That is the whole list.
+How long does onboarding take?
Lists and domain warming are the pacing items. Storm engines can be live well before the full radius of dashboards is built.
+Who maintains the automations?
We do. You do not build workflows and you do not maintain them. The messaging shifts through the year on its own, including budget season.
+How do we know it ran?
One email every day. What went out, how many, what triggered, what stalled, and whether anything needs you. On a dry day it tells you nothing ran, and why.
+Where do replies go?
Whatever inbox and phone number you specify. You can split routing by region or by rep.

Markets and plans
+How is a market defined?
A circle drawn from a city center, capped at 750,000 people. Radius is set by density, so it runs from one mile in a dense metro to over a hundred on the plains. Typically 1,000 to 8,000 commercial buildings.
+Can two contractors overlap?
No. Circles grow until they meet the next one and stop. The circle is your protected radius.
+What does it cost?
Price is set by market size, population, and density. The beta is $3,000 for 60 days. Your agreement defines the building count included.
+What does an open market mean?
It means you can apply. Approval comes after we review licensing, insurance, safety record, and service history.
+Can I hold more than one market?
Yes, if you can service them. Name the additional markets on the application and we review capacity along with everything else.
4 questions
Privacy and control
+Can I pause everything?
Yes. Tell us and sending stops. Storm triggers included.
+Can I exclude specific accounts?
Yes. Suppression lists are honored across all four engines, including anyone you never want contacted.
+Do you contact my clients as Service Alignment?
No. Everything goes out as your company, from your domain, in your voice. We are not in the message.
+What happens to the dashboards if we stop?
Your client list leaves with you. Access to the dashboards and the market ends with the agreement, and the market returns to the board.
