One contractor per market
Own the commercial roofs in your city. All of them.
Every commercial building in your radius, mapped, scored, and watched. One roofer holds it. The steps below lock in your claim on the RoofCast Network before somebody else takes your market.

How the numbers are built
Building counts are modelled, not surveyed. They scale with population. Repair and service assumes roughly $3,500 per building per year across emergency, preventative, and remedial work. Replacement assumes seven to ten percent of buildings replaced annually at an average around $225,000. Newer submarkets run lower. These are planning figures, not a forecast of your revenue.
Market rules
- One contractor per market. No overlap, ever.
- Big cities carry several markets, each sold on its own.
- Once a market is claimed, you are the exclusive contractor.
- The actual radius will be defined in your master service agreement.
This market is open. Applying does not hold it. Review comes first.

What approval is not.
An open market means you can apply. Approval comes after review. Your agreement defines what we deliver. Meetings, jobs, and revenue depend on your market, your timing, and your follow-through. This page is informational and is not the agreement. Your master service agreement governs in any conflict.
